Can customers book LPG cylinders through WhatsApp using GasBook?
Yes. Customers can send a message on WhatsApp to book a cylinder refill, and GasBook creates the order automatically in the agency's dashboard. The customer then receives order confirmation and delivery updates on the same WhatsApp thread.
Does GasBook manage stock and inventory for multiple cylinder types?
Yes. GasBook tracks filled, empty and defective cylinders separately for every category you sell, such as 5kg, 14.2kg domestic and 19kg commercial. Stock levels update as purchases and deliveries are recorded, and low-stock alerts warn you before you run out.
Can GasBook automatically generate and send invoices?
Yes. When a delivery is marked complete, GasBook generates the customer invoice using your cylinder pricing and tax settings. The invoice can be sent instantly over WhatsApp or email, and unpaid invoices appear in your pending payments report.
